Blonde or No?!

For 95% of my life I have been a blondie and I have to admit blondes DO have fun.

In the Winter, I decided I needed to make a change and much against my hubby's preference, I went to a dark brunette. Some days I'm feelin' it and some days I'm not; especially on the days when some ALOT of grays start peeping out at my roots. Eeek!!

I have a hair appointment on Saturday and I'm thinking that I need to go back to my tried and true blonde.

Whaddya think?! I need opinions because I change my mind about ten times a day!!

I know, I know....some of you are shaking your heads at me right now because if this is my biggest dilemma in life I'm pretty darn lucky.........

Do you like to make drastic changes to your hairstyles? Do you do it on a whim?

Have a great night loves!

  1. I think you look beautiful either way, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the blonde. Maybe I'm just choosing blonde because I wish I could pull off that look. I'm a true "Snow White" through and through--light skin and dark hair. And I totally know what you mean about the grey hairs peeping through. Story of my life! ;-)

  2. You are born to be blonde! I know it's high maintenance, but in the two pictures shown here, it seems the lighter color works better with your complexion and really brightens it.

I do NOT make drastic changes with my hair! I have been going for the same long layered blonde look foreva! Eventually I guess I'll stop being a weenie and try something different, but I think it's the look that works best for me.

  3. You look lovely both ways. Trust your own judgment. I tend to avoid major changes and usually chisel away rather than smash things when I'm in the mood for change. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary

  4. I'm lovin the blonde!

I hardly do anything crazy to my's been the same color and length for a couple years. But I did add some highlights last time i went to the salon...woohoo!

  5. I wish I could help, especially because I've been there. I'm usually a blonde, but I have gone chocolate brown twice in my life. I love it, but I always come back to blonde. The good news is that no choice is a bad one - both work for ya!

  6. I like both of them, honestly! Up until recently, I never decided what I was going to do with my hair until I sat down in the chair which meant lengths, colors, etc were always different and changing. Now I've been growing my hair out and staying a consistent auburn color for the past year or so :)

Come to think of it, I think you would look great with auburn hair too even though that wasn't an option you gave us...haha

  7. Mmm, you know what? I have never changed my hair, well yea I go between long hair and short hair, but as a basis my hair has always been red and curly. I only ever change the length when I'm going through some sort of crisis :). You know what they say: a woman changes her hair first when she wants a change in her life (because her hair is the easiest thing to have control of).
At any rate, you're a beautiful woman, and no matter what you decide, that won't change.
But if you're self concious about grey hair, I would probably go for blonde.
Cheers! Miriam@Meatless Meals For Meat Eaters

  8. I love the brunette but being a blonde is perfect for you!!!

    Such a difficult decision!

  9. I too go between blonde and brunette. My natural color is a dark blonde, for some reason my hair gets darker as I age??

But if you want to have less noticeable gray (which is a problem, I feel your pain) then I say go blonde. That is the best part about blonde hair!

  10. I agree with everyone above, you are absolutely beautiful as either!

I am super blonde (naturally) so of course I vote blonde!

  11. You look amazing either way but I am more partial towards the blonde :) I love it

  12. I wish I could go blonde! You should dooo it! <3 Though you look amazing both ways! <3

  13. You look really good both ways so it's a hard decision! I am partial to dark hair but that's probably because there is no way that I could EVER pull off blond hair!

    Go with your gut! :-D

  14. You look fabulous either way! But, blonde seems more fun! haha! I'm always changing my hair color! lol!

  15. BLONDE! I did the same thing as you in college.. was always blonde.. went dark.. kept it for like a year.. (so much eaiser not to have to go get highlights.. and cheaper too).

But. I missed my blonde hair. As did my mother..she was probs more excited then I was when I made the decision to go back.

Maybe some day I will mix it up again to give me hair a break..but I am livin' life as a blonde right now!
